Listening to music can be entertaining, but is it possible that it might make you healthier? No Vet Alone LIVE! believes that music can play a vital role in suicide prevention by improving whole health. Music Saves Life by the way that music can influence your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

If you've ever felt pumped up while listening to your favorite fast-paced rock anthem or been moved to tears by a tender live performance, then you easily understand the power of music to impact moods and even inspire action.

Research has also shown that there are many different psychological benefits as well. The psychological effects of music can be more powerful and wide-ranging than you might assume. Music therapy is an intervention sometimes utilized to promote emotional health, help patients cope with stress, and boost psychological well-being. Some even suggest that your taste in music can provide insight into different aspects of your personality.

Music can relax the mind, energize the body, and even help people better manage pain.

No Vet Alone LIVE! features Veterans performing for Veterans, First Responders, Caregivers, and their families. A unique healing environment.

Create a Connecting Event 
The events will take place in cities, states, and region put on by local individuals and groups working with our Connectors (volunteer advisers), you can create, plan and execute a Connect/Connecting event. We will not just focus on cycling only events. Programs could include road or mountain cycling, hiking, horseback riding, water sports, fishing,  community service projects, or any other group activity or combination of activities you feel would make for a great experience.
